Data Deletion Request

Overview

You may request deletion of your pre-registration email and related personal data collected through the Shiftspire: Hero Ascension website at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens afterward.

How to Submit a Request

1. Email support@shiftspire.game with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the email address you used to pre-register, so we can locate your record.
3. Optionally send the request from that same email address to help us verify ownership.

What We Delete

• Your pre-registration email address
• Associated signup metadata stored with that record (for example language preference or timestamp)

What We May Retain Briefly

Limited logs needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be retained for a short period and then removed according to our retention schedule.

Processing Time

After we verify your request, we will delete your email from our pre-registration database and stop sending you marketing or launch emails. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days.

Unsubscribe vs. Deletion

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops further messages, but does not automatically erase your stored record. Use the deletion request above if you want your data removed.
